Definitions

- Delivery Costs: The shipping costs is depending on the the delivery country and the total of the order.
- Promotions: Sales by BIOFLOWER s.r.o. under special conditions for a limited time.
- Cart: The virtual container on the site for products selected by the customer for purchase.
- Sales Conditions: The rules that govern the relationship between the customer and BIOFLOWER s.r.o. for purchasing products.
- Delivery: Delivery times range from a minimum of 1 to a maximum of 3 working days , dependent also on the unplanned courier .
- Return of goods : the return of goods must take place within 14 days from receipt and with the return costs paid by the customer

These Sales Conditions regulate the relationship between the customer and BIOFLOWER s.r.o. for the purchase of products on the site. Customers are required to read the Sales Conditions made available by BIOFLOWER s.r.o. to allow reproduction and storage, in compliance with Art. 12, co. 3° of D. Lgs. n. 70/2003.
Purchase Method
To purchase products, customers must register by entering their details, follow the registration instructions, and complete and send the electronic order form to BIOFLOWER s.r.o. as available on the site. Orders must be accurately completed in all parts. Customers must insert selected products into the “Cart” and, after viewing and accepting the delivery costs, proceed with the purchase. If modifications are necessary, customers should follow the site’s modification procedure or contact info@bioflowercz.com. After this, a summary screen will display the order details, including delivery costs, with a request for further confirmation. Customers then select their payment method and click “Place Order”.
Contract Conclusion
Upon the customer’s order confirmation, the Sales Conditions and other site information are considered known and accepted. The Order Confirmation sent by BIOFLOWER s.r.o. to the customer’s email constitutes acceptance of the contract proposal. The contract is binding when the Order Confirmation is sent to the customer. This email will include details of the purchased product(s), price, payment methods, and delivery costs. Post-payment, an email notification of payment receipt will be sent, initiating order preparation and shipping. Any errors or unfulfillable orders will be communicated promptly.
